. Freshness & Shelf Life: Our sweets and snacks are freshly prepared without unnecessary preservatives.

Please follow regular storage instructions (e.g., refrigeration required for milk sweets).

. Product Availability: Since our items are prepared fresh daily, certain sweets or snacks may sell out. In such

cases, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or a refund for the item.

. Pricing & Portions: Prices and available package sizes (e.g., 250g, 500g, 1kg) are subject to change based

on raw material costs. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

. Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. We are not

responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers.

. Festival & Bulk Orders: During major festive seasons (such as Diwali, Pongal, etc.) or for catering/bulk

orders, order cut-off times and delivery schedules may vary.

through certified payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our

servers.

delivery partners solely for completing your order delivery. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we deal in fresh, perishable food products (sweets and savories), special rules apply regarding

cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

canceled.
